WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Items from our new collection “CARTE POSTALE” F/W‘24 collection are refundable and returnable. For your return to be accepted, you have to communicate with us in our email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within the first 15 days after receiving the order, so we can send you the returning labels. Otherwise, after the period of 15 days, the option of a refund is no longer available, and if you take the initiative to return the package you will receive a store credit instead.
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery/ 10 working days. Before sending any products back to us contact the company, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return:
- must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you
- must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories
- must be shipped back to our fulfillment house within 14 days since the labels where sent, or RETURN AND REFUND ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
- must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs. You have also the option of a voucher(store credit) of the returned items’ worth.
If you desire to return some items first contact us via email@example.com so we can arrange the return through ASC courier if the orders are from Greece and for outside orders we send returning labels from DHL. Contact with us is important so you won’t be charged the shipping cost of your package’s return.
Please keep in mind that items from previous collections can be returned but not refunded and the shipping cost of the return is charged on behalf of the customer’s side.
For orders from Greece, you may return the product(s) through ACS and we will cover the shipment costs. As soon as we receive the product, we can proceed to Refund you for the returned product(s) value. If you prefer you can send the return at your expense, with a courier of your choice. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products if you ship your return without using ASC courier.
For orders outside Greece, you may return the product(s) at your own shipment costs. As soon as we receive the product, we can proceed to Refund you for the returned product(s) value.
We will not issue any Refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request within 30 (thirty) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a Refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Provider’s fulfillment house.
If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, you authorize Provider, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise as it sees fit.
Previous collections| Black Friday Period
Products from previous collections are not refundable neither returnable as there is a big reduction of prices.

Shipping costs Greece & Abroad
Orders abroad are charged 18 euros in the EU and 25 euros in the rest of the world, shipping fees. We offer free shipping delivery on all orders over 180 euros. WE DO NOT OFFER COD (Cash On Delivery) FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE GREECE.
In orders all over Greece, we offer free COD.
Estimated delivery time
Due to work overload, the estimated time of delivery will be:
In Greece: 7-10 working days
In Europe: 7-10 working days
Rest of the World: 10-15 working days
Customizations during the period of Black Friday offers, will take approximately 20-25 working days, due to work overload. Customized garments are not returnable, the options of exchange and store credit are available.
Store credits and discounts
During the period of Black Friday discount codes of store credits can be used, although promotional discount codes will not be valid.
WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?
Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise.
For orders paid via PayPal, Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
For orders paid either with Cash-On-Delivery or via Debit/Credit Card, we would like you to send us your bank account’s IBAN number, the bank’s name and the full name of the account holder. Refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the Refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees
WHAT ABOUT FORCE MAJEURE?
Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
