New Collection

Items from our new collection “ATEA” FW‘23 collection are refundable and returnable. For your return to be accepted, you have to communicate with us in our email (info@thejerkins.com.gr) within the first 15 days after receiving the order, so we will send you the returning labels. Otherwise, after the period of 15 days the option of refund is no longer available, and if you take the initiative to return the package you will receive a store credit instead.


Previous collections

Products from previous collections during the period of Black Friday, are not refundable and not returnable as there is a big reduction of prices.


Shipping costs Greece & Abroad

Orders abroad are charged 15 euros in the EU and 25 euros in the rest of the world, shipping fees. WE DO NOT OFFER COD (Cash On Delivery) FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE GREECE.

In orders all over Greece, we offer free COD.


Estimated delivery time

Due to work overload, estimated time of delivery will be:

In Greece: 1-10 working days

In Europe: 1-10 working days

Rest of the World: 8-15 working days



Customizations during the period of Black Friday offers, will take approximately  20-25 working days, due to work overload. Customized garments are not returnable, the options of exchange and store credit are available.


Courier associates

Packages in Greece are delivered with Courier Center and Sameday Courier and at the rest of the world with DHL express.


Store credits and discounts

During the period of Black Friday discount codes of store credits can be used, although promotional discount codes will not be valid.



Greece: Delivery in 1-3 working days

Europe:  Delivery in 1-3 working days

Rest of World: Delivery in 1-8 working days

Our company does not deliver products to minors or persons under guardianship, without the written consent/authorization of their guardian. Products cannot be delivered to mailboxes.

Τhe address declared by the customer needs to be real and valid. If the carrier is unsuccessful in their attempt to deliver the goods due to absence or change of address, the customer is responsible for the prompt notification of the carrier or he/she will be charged any additional cost of shipping.

Products remain property of the company until delivery, and travel at company’s risk. In case of package loss, the order will be replaced pending product availability or the customer will be refunded.



Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Please note that our return policy does not apply to deliveries outside the EU. Kindly ask for our assistance for accurate guidelines on size, fit and style.
