RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
IMPORTANT - FIRST STEP
For any request regarding a return, exchange or refund, you must contact us within 10 working days from the delivery date of your order. If we are not informed within this period, no return, exchange or refund will be accepted. Please contact us at info@thejerkins.com.gr
CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN TO BE ACCEPTED
The product you wish to return must:

be unused, unworn and unwashed

be returned with all parts, accessories and original tags

be shipped back to our fulfillment house within 10 working days from the date the return labels are sent

be sent in one single shipment (all items from the same order must be returned together)
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in RETURN AND REFUND NOT BEING ACCEPTED.
FULL PRICE ITEMS
For full price items, you may request:

an exchange

a store credit (voucher) valid for 6 months

SALE ITEMS
For items purchased at sale price, all of the above return conditions apply.
However:

sale items are not refundable

sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit (voucher) valid for 6 months

MAJOR SALE PERIODS
(Black Friday, Flash Sales, etc.)
Products purchased during major sale periods are offered at very high discounts and are:

Refunds are processed within approximately 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refunds are processed according to the original payment method used for the order.

Refunds are credited directly to your PayPal account.
Debit / Credit Card
Refund processing time depends on your bank’s policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
You will be asked to provide:

Any banking fees are determined by each financial institution and are borne separately by the customer and the company.

Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
